REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Terms Of Sale

horuscrafts is an online service (“horuscrafts Service”) provided through horuscrafts Software Egypt (6 Abu Ogeila, Kashef Villa, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt) in North Africa & Middle East , in other countries outside of Region (in each case, as applicable), that, amongst other free services made available as part of the horuscrafts Service provides Customers with access to purchase Digital Content.

Sales To Customers Only; Restrictions On Use

The horuscrafts Service sells licenses to literary works (“Digital Content”) to end user customers that have created a horuscrafts account (“you” or “Customer”) only. All Digital Content on the horuscrafts Service is the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The download of, and access to Digital Content is available only to Customers and is intended only for your personal and noncommercial use. Any other use of Digital Content downloaded or accessed from the horuscrafts Service is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content of any Digital Content, in whole or in part. By downloading or otherwise accessing Digital Content from the horuscrafts Service, you hereby acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All Sales Are Final Policy - Cancellation, Return And Refund

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Non Digital Contents from horuscrafts and return the content for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the Content. Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Digital Content. All Non Digital Contents refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement. Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Products such as but not limited to below list are considering as FINAL SALES and will not eligible for return/exchange.

Clearance products are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.

Exchange Policy

An exchange is only eligible for Non Digital Content merchandise. Merchandise can only be exchanged into different color/size with the same price in the same style. If an exchange is not eligible, a refund will be processed instead. Online purchase cannot be return/exchange in physical stores. Package must be sent to the return department for the refund. Customer needs to send the return merchandise by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to: Building 71, Khamayel Compound, Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt If there are questions or need assistance regarding with return/ exchange, please contact our customer service at [email protected] . horuscrafts reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise and the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Payment Methods

The horuscrafts Service accepts credit cards. When a credit card is being used for a purchase, horuscrafts may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Except as otherwise set out herein, billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase, or shortly thereafter. The horuscrafts Service accepts the following payment cards: Visa and MasterCard. Please note that credit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.

Billing

If you are purchasing multiple items on the horuscrafts Service, your order may be authorized and billed in gradual increments during one purchasing session as you click the “Buy Now” button. This may appear as multiple orders and billings on your payment card statement.

Membership Subscription

ALL horuscrafts MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL, UNLESS WE RECEIVE NOTICE FROM YOU TO THE CONTRARY, RENEW AUTOMATICALLY AT THEIR EXPIRY FOR A ONE YEAR TERM AT THEN CURRENT RATES. If at any point, you do not wish to have your subscription automatically renewed, you may cancel it without penalty before the end of the subscription term. You will be notified 30 days in advance of any impending subscription renewals. By purchasing a horuscrafts Membership subscription, you agree to comply with the horuscrafts Terms and Conditions which may be amended from time to time, a copy of which can be found here: https://app.horuscrafts.com/terms.html

Free Trial

If you purchase a horuscrafts Digital Content that includes a free trial, you will receive free access to the content for the duration of the free trial period. At the end of your free trial period, horuscrafts will charge or debit the payment method provided at the time of your order, and you will be billed per the cycle stated at the time of your order. QUEBEC RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE TRIALS. If you do not want to keep the subscription following the free trial and do not want to incur any charges, to avoid having your payment method charged you must cancel the subscription prior to the end ofyour trial period.

Upgrades

The latest version of the horuscrafts software is recommended to access the horuscrafts Service. From time to time, an upgrade to the latest version of the horuscrafts software may be required in order to make transactions from the horuscrafts Service. Use of horuscrafts software is subject to acceptance of its software license agreement presented at the time of installation. horuscrafts reserves the right to enhance Digital Content purchased from the horuscrafts Service. Among other things, such enhancements may result in larger file sizes (requiring, for example, longer download times and additional disk space for storage).

Prices

The horuscrafts Service endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the Digital Content. For Canadian customers only the price will also include additional applicable sales taxes, including GST/HST, QST and/or provincial retail sales tax (in effect on the day of purchase). For EU customers only, prices are inclusive of VAT when applicable. horuscrafts reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at the horuscrafts Service at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Content Sustainability And Access Restrictions

The horuscrafts Service provides several digital contents and materials, some have certain lifespan which the material are valid to the customers who bought it for a limited time only before we are forced to delete, replace or renew it (limited time usage only). Also for all contents and materials provided by horuscrafts we restrict multi-usage, group-usage or family-usage, our contents are a Single User Consumption, horuscrafts does not allow sharing access for its materials other than for the user(s) who purchase this materials or contents.

Content Availability

The horuscrafts Service makes every effort to provide a broad content offering. For this reason, horuscrafts reserves the right to change content options without notice. On occasion, Digital Content may become unavailable following a transaction but prior to download. Your sole remedy in such cases is a refund of the price paid for the unavailable Digital Content. Please contact horuscrafts Customer Service for assistance in such cases (see below).

Your use of any Digital Content purchased from the horuscrafts Service is conditioned upon your prior acceptance of the Terms of Use, including, without limitation the digital content usage rules set forth therein, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Use on a periodic basis for modifications.

Other Terms And Conditions

horuscrafts reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the horuscrafts Service at any time. Revised Terms of Sale will be made available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications. All sales on the horuscrafts Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to conflict of laws rules. If any of the terms in these Terms of Sale are not valid or legally enforceable, the other terms will not be affected.
